Dongtai City Spirulina Bio-Engineering (DCSB) has five spirulina and chlorella produce bases in China. These bases are located in a natural reserve area which is far away from highways,industrial plants, and residential complexes.

The water is pumped from 300 meters underground to ensure a pollution-free environment for spirulina and chlorella cultivation.
